Relax in three comfortable bedrooms, cook together, then head out: Downtown, Design District, Bishop Arts, American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge are a short drive.

• We’ve got a mini-gym with some basic exercise equipment (jump rope, exercise bands, perfect push up machine, and an exercise bike).

Pets by pre-approval only.

Unauthorized pets are subject to a remediation fee of $400 per pet per day/night to cover extra cleaning. Additional damage or excessive cleaning will be billed at cost with receipts.

Check in and checkout:

Unauthorized late checkout or early checkout is $100 per 30 minutes to cover cleaner delays and other guest scheduling impacts. You may schedule an approved late or early checkout with the host beforehand.

Smoking and vaping:

No smoking, vaping, or hookah inside the home. Smoking tobacco products is allowed outdoors.

Evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $600 cleaning and odor treatment fee.

Compliance:

Only the registered guest may book and must be present during the stay.

Commercial use, unauthorized photo or film shoots, and subletting are not permitted.

Violation of house rules may result in fees, additional charges through the Resolution Center, or cancellation without refund.
