--Dining room: seating for 6 (high chair available)
--Kitchen: well equipped including coffee bar, air fryer, 4 counter stools; also featuring cups/bowls/plates/utensils especially for kids
--Laundry room: full size washer and dryer

Fully fenced, large backyard
--Seating area for lounging or dining
--Propane grill
--Yard games

Family friendly amenities:
--High chair and pack and play/bassinet/changing table by request
--Basic baby proofing including locked under sink doors, anti-tip furniture anchors, corner protectors, and outlet covers in the main living area
--Colorful kid friendly plates, bowls, cups, and utensils
--Toddler toy train play set and children's toy train set by request
--Outdoor yard games
--Additional toys, games, and baby/toddler gear may be available for an additional charge--just let me know what you need

**The Neighborhood**
The Rail District Retreat is ideally located in Frisco's vibrant Rail District. You'll be just a short walk away from some of the city's best restaurants and unique shops, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture. Make sure to check out La Finca Coffee and Bakery for breakfast, Didi's for brunch, and Randy's Steakhouse for dinner. Elaine's Cocktail Kitchen is also steps away from the property.

The home is centrally located and close to Frisco's best attractions.

Universal Kids Resort--4 miles (scheduled to open summer 2026)
PGA Headquarters--7.7 miles

**Of note, Main Street is currently undergoing heavy construction, with planned completion of road widening in December. Traffic has not been a significant issue on Main Street, but the construction can easily be avoided with alternative routes if desired.**

This property was very clean and cozy. It was the best stocked place that we have stayed at. It was just as described in the listing and great for families. It had a pack and play and high chair available for our small ones which was a plus. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
