From the moment I stepped into the Omni at The Star, I knew I was in for a special experience and the hotel exceeded every expectation.
The staff was truly outstanding warm, welcoming, and remarkably attentive. Every team member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping to the valet, carried a level of professionalism and eagerness that you rarely see, and they made it clear their goal was to make my stay perfect.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the property, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that the Omni takes pride in presentation and hygiene, and it created a sense of ease and comfort from start to finish.
