Cockroaches, broken kitchen aplliances, ice maker not working, slept only 7 unless you paid for the other room but listed for 10, inside air handler dirty with Cockroaches and mouse droppings, parts missing to use one of the TVs, outside grill broken and not repairable, missing parts of outside table, master bedroom fan had fan switch broken off, master bedroom bed sunk in the middle, air mattress had a whole in it, washing machine leaked at the bottom, picnic table broken and falling apart, parking not appropriate for more than one car and some type of sticky burrs throught the front and back yard that stuck to everything and caused many in the family pain to their feet. I would not recommend this house to anyone. These complaints were given to Johnny who did send over someone to spray the cockroaches, clean the air handler room and replace the filter.

Perfect get away

The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was clean, the house smelled good, amenities were stocked and good quality and we loved the huge backyard. The instructions were specific and simple. I loved the place I would definitely book again in the future.

Amazing Property

Mr. Johnny was very responsive to questions and ensuring that we got checked in OK. His backyard is amazing. His property is amazing. He does need to list that there is a fourth bedroom that’s not inside. It’s on the side of the house which is perfect for anyone who Needs their privacy, but still wants to be with the family. Neighbors were great did not complain about our midday, baby shower where we were playing music we had an amazing time. Our guest were ecstatic about how private it was and how open it was and clean and just an Our guest were ecstatic about how private it was and how open it was and clean and just a really nice piece of property,and I will definitely use his property again.

Wonderful stay - but...

We absolutely loved our stay here inside the home! The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood was fantastic, and we loved being on a corner lot. The A/C kept us perfectly comfortable in the July heat, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained. The water pressure was excellent, and having laundry on-site was super convenient. Plus, the host was incredibly communicative, which made everything that much easier. The only drawback was the goat head stickers in the yard, which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor spaces. I didn’t reach out to the host about it because there is nothing to be done about it that would be a quick fix. It is something that could be resolved in the future. If they manage to address that, this place would truly be a gem! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again if the sticker issue was addressed. If you don't want to use the back yard, I highly recommend!

Honolulu blue invades Dallas

A great location for the Dallas Cowboys vs Detroit Lions match up. We came, we saw and we kicked butt! The house was nicely equipped for the group that traveled in from MI, LA and FL though all native Michiganders. Beds were very comfortable! Showers great! Grocery store right across the street! Breakfast restaurant and donut shop a few blocks away. Located close to AT&T stadium and Texas Live. Quick uber ride to the airport. Would stay again!

residence had another guest who was very loud late at night and back yard was very trashy and yard furniture old and broken neighborhood very sketchy will not recommend to anyone especially for the price, did no feel safe at all have used vrbo twice and have been completely unsatisfied terrible properties

Weekend Stay

Reserved 3 nights but stayed one

One of the important factors for us with renting VRBO homes is the rear yards when we are taking our dogs on a trip, the yard looked nothing like the photos, upon arrival the front porch was pretty messy with leaves and debris, the interior was decorated really cute, just a little tight for our 3 adults, in addition there was a clump of hair in the closet which made me realize they must not have cleaned that floor, we arrived about 6 pm and left the next morning by 10 am.

Okay

The house is conveniently located near Dallas/Ft Worth airport and attractions. However the neighborhood it is in appears a bit rough and run down. It is on the corner of a loud road. *Be aware* there is another apartment or room of the house that is rented out separately, so you are not getting the house to yourself. I was not aware of this until time to check inand didn not appreciatr that, especially as we had my young daughters and nieces withus. Ci think that imformation should have been shared in the listing.

Eclipse Weekend

My friends and I came for the 2024 eclipse. The property was great for us. It was clean, with a large backyard and close to Dallas and Fort Worth. There is a grocery across the street and it is also in walking distance of a restaurant and cafe. The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a good time and the backyard was perfect for hanging out after a day of events.

Meh- not a great neighborhood

How was cleanish and very small. The neighborhood seemed a little shady. There was loud thumping music at all hours, from the cars going by. The listing said there was a hot tub, which was the only reason we chose this particular VRBO...there was not. It said you can park in the garage, but once in (mid size suv) you can't open the door to get out. The mattresses were either rock hard, or dilapidated, gross, and way too soft. The owner was very easy to contact and process was easy.
