Pros: Nice lobby; spacious hotel; decent amount of parking; proximity to restaurants (although you have to drive to them - can't walk due to the Parkway)
Cons: Does anyone answer the phone here? Called numerous times/dates - took 3-4 days for someone to answer.
No hot water in any of the multiple rooms we booked (on different floors). Called several times, hotel staff was indifferent ("we're trying to work on it" "we should have it fixed by morning").
Rooms were NOISY. Could easily hear people talking through walls, water running in bathrooms, etc.. When doors on adjacent rooms closed, your entire room will feel it.
Parking controls were broken - gates were either fully open or locked closed. Still had to pay for parking, and then when we checked out, we were charged an extra $15 for parking even though the rooms had the parking fee. Called to resolve; couldn't get a straight answer.
Later discovered the hotel charged us for the next person's stay in one of our rooms due to a clerical error. Took several phone calls to resolve it; again they were completely indifferent about the error and mostly confused as to why we called.
I fully expect a canned response with an apology and how this will be reported to staff and blah blah blah. It's all lip service.
In the end, this hotel doesn't seem to be run very well and definitely isn't up to the standards that the Renaissance chain used to have.
