The elevator smelled like a combination of bengay and Pepto Bismol - was not pleasant. Before booking I called the motel to ask about the airport shuttle and was told that it would pick us up at the airport. Hence an airport shuttle. We rented a car that had to be returned the night before as our flight left early the next morning. When we checked into the motel we requested airport shuttle to pick us up after we returned the car to the rental place. The motel staff stated that they would not provide shuttle service for returning the car to the rental place. We explained we would be at the airport to be picked up and they refused to pick us up. They stated we could be picked up at 10 pm as they were picking up others from the airport at that time but would not make a trip to pick us up. We wound up having to Uber after dropping off the rental car $22.00. We suggest that if you want to return your rental car while staying at this motel be sure you drop it off before you check in to the motel if you're wanting to get them to shuttle you to and from the airport. We rented this room because they provided airport shuttle. We were very disappointed in their unwillingness to provide shuttle service for us. We were shuttling from the airport to the motel - otherwise know as airport shuttle! We won't be staying here again and we visit Dallas frequently. Think twice before staying at this motel.
