No ac on lower level till last day of stay. Host was aware of problem before we arrived as an ac man showed up the morning of our first day. Lawn grass in back yard about 1 foot tall. Reported to host and the mowers came about 10pm at night when babies sleeping. Essentially no silverware in the unit with 10 people staying. Would not recommend and owner offered a 20% reduction which we did not receive.

Home was clean and spacious but there were some issues. There were some towels but not for each bathroom. The grass was not cut so we were not able to enjoy the backyard but someone did cut the grass the day before our checkout. Kitchen was poorly stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Wallpaper was peeling from the walls in living room and pool table room. Beds in each bedroom were extremely comfortable, yet furniture downstairs was small. There was 2 AC units, 1 upstairs and I downstairs, which was not communicated. This led to the property owner not realizing the downstairs unit was not working so temps got as high as 82 in the house downstairs. The owner did make concessions for us having to deal with the heat. in general there was no welcome message nor house instructions/information such as Wi-Fi password, house rules (where to take garbage), or where to find items. One of the burners was not working on the stove and information such as that was not provided. Communication did exist with owner but was delayed so it could have definitely been better. Another point of failed communication was that we did not receive door access code before our arrival. We pray this review serves the owners as things to improve because it is a beautiful home and in a great area.

Bed are comfortable, lots of items need repair. Pool table with no sticks to play. wall paper falling off walls, outlets not working in bath, sink not raining, sink water not working.

Recommend that you check in with host to see what is provided before staying. There were no paper towels, we had to move some light bulbs around, and we had reserved the room for 12 people and we only found enough towels for 7. Also, heads up all bedrooms are upstairs.
