Unforgettable Experience!

This home makes you want to stay inside for the whole trip! It's cozy, modern, spacious, fun and has everything one needs for an amazing experience.The attention to detail by the owner is superb. From the little positive messages on the walls to how the bathrooms and kitchen are stocked it's all great.My only hesitation (prior to my stay) was the bunk beds. Once there they are actually great. And it's fun for the teens (or kids). The standalone bunkbed in one of the rooms is great for a little more privacy.We loved the air hockey table, the foosball and pool tables. Our kids (and adults) were super entertained!I was in Dallas to see a concert (AC/DC). By the time the concert day came it was just the cherry on top. The real experience was spending time with my family at this property.

Perfect stay !!

Property was far better than expected. We were in town for a week doing some training in Grand Prairie and the house was exactly what we needed ! Although our group was small, the house would be great for multiple families with children. Host was very accommodating and we will certainly stay here again next time we’re in town.

Christmas Getaway

Celebrated some time away at Christmas with our adult children. House was perfect for all the beds we needed. Home was clean and decorated for Christmas, which was an added bonus since we weren’t “home”. The only thing we wished worked was the ceiling fan in the living room. Other than that, the home has pretty much anything you would need!!We would stay here again if in the area!

Awesome spot for Bachelor Party Weekend

10 of us stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was super convenient to downtown Dallas for bar hopping and to AT&T Stadium for the Cowboys game. The house was exactly as advertised and a perfect spot for us. Great for GameDay, grilling out, and any large group looking for a great spot near all the activities Dallas has to offer.

Dallas Game Day Trip

Look no further this is the house to stay at. The home was as described in the listing. There was enough room so everyone wasn't on top of each other. The games was a plus. I beat everyone in Foosball it was so hilarious. We could have just stayed in and watched the game on the big screen TV. It was close to the Balloon fair in Plano TX that we enjoyed. It was a perfect weekend trip. When we come back we will book here again and stay longer!

Great Property For A Student Group

Everything about this stay was perfect from the moment I reached out to the host with questions before we booked. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful. We were staying with 8 students and two pairs of adult couple chaperones for a competition at the KBH Convention Center in downtown Dallas. The sleeping arrangement were perfect. The six teenage boys in the "bunk room", the two teenage girls in the room with one set of bunk beds, and the chaperones in the two other rooms. The property seemed too good to be true from the online descriptions. I've had a couple of experiences where the online description and reality didn'tatch. It 100% is as good as it looks. The kids loved the games, which provided some great down time / bonding for them when they weren't competing. There was enough room for adults to sit and converse while the kids had fun. The property is very neat and clean. Towels were abundant, the kitchen was well appointed, and the laundry was equipped with new machines and supplies. The host had so many extras that were appreciated, from toiletries in the bathrooms to Ziploc bags in the kitchen. The grill was clean and functional, and the garage was very helpful to us as we needed to store equipment. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and close to the highway so even with traffic it was less than 30 mins to the Convention Center. The whole experience was marvelous, and if I'm ever back in Dallas the "Sweet Escape" will be top on my list to book.

Perfect, start to finish! Impeccable property. Cozier than expected - we did not want to leave. The owners attention to amenities showed extreme thoughtfulness for their guests. Plenty of quality everything!
