Welcome to the Cityplace House, an unbelievable home with loads of space and lots to do! The home is ideally located within minutes to Rangers' Park, Cowboy Stadium, 6 Flags, and other entertainment venues in the metro, and 15-20 minutes to DFW airport, Dallas downtown, and Fort Worth downtown. Important notes:

1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

2) Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes.

3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.
