J'ai très bien passé mon séjour La courtoisie du personnel est de masterclass avec un petit déjeuner aux normes internationales. Mes prochaines vacances seront toujours à la même Hôtel car j'ai passé un séjour merveilleux. Félicitations à tout le staff. Au revoir.

The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was ice cold. There was NO shuttle service even though they say they provide shuttle service. The breakfast was not very good.

Staff is outstanding! Went out of their way so I could check in early! Shuttle was readily available and quick and the nice lady driving the shuttle deserves a raise!

Property was ran down. There wasn’t alot of staff to help out and didn’t answer the phone a lot . They didn’t even give us toilet tissue after asking 3 times. Room keys didn’t work and it smelled like mold. Elevators barely worked also.

Location needs a major renovation, hot tub is broke. Restaurant/ bar closed. AC didn’t work, switched rooms and that room heat didn’t work… condition of rooms is very worn out. Broken elevators … I don’t know everything seemed to be breaking! I need a refund!

The hotel is beautiful!!! Waterfall inside was very nice and glass elevators super cool... the breakfast was great, had cook making eggs and omlets to order. But the air conditioning wasnt working so it was hot, the hot water in the shower was warm, wouldnt ever get hot, the indoor pool was ICE cold.... and the hot tub didnt work. The pillows were instant flat.

The room thermostat didn’t work. Not to mention our shower was running all night. Water was on the ground all over the toilet seat. The shower needed better cleaning. Inside the shower ceiling water was dripping some yellow water made our shower very uncomfortable. The same for the sink. It had other people hair inside the shower and over the sink. Place needs to be updated. The breakfast was the only thing me and my family enjoyed, the lady’s doing the breakfast were very nice and friendly

My check in experience was quite hectic, the attendant tried her best and sometimes things are of their control, however housekeeping left rooms dirty so no rooms were available! That tells you a lot! I paid but they didn’t give me the keys until 1hr later! Rooms were half way done, a bit dirty but I had to stay, a manger later came saying the room wasn’t under my name! That’s unacceptable, with this being shared you get what you pay for. To top it off the AC didn’t work properly, we booked a second room and it was the same situation, location wise is great. Breakfast is ok the staff was very nice and attentive, my last request was toilet paper and they sent towels! Horrible! Thankfully we only booked for one night.

Was a Hilton and sold to new owners. Found a dead roach in the room and the ac in the building broke. They said it will be back up but it never came back on. Took a shower and there was no hot water.

Air conditioning wasn’t working, no hot water, needs basic maintenance, light bulbs blown bathroom door damaged. Front desk clerk wasn’t bothered or offered any resolutions to reported issues.

The whole building was without a/c since I checked in at 4 pm told the front desk and was told it was being worked on at 11 pm started getting cool and by 2 am hot again went to front desk at 5 am and they told me I could move room and the other two rooms were also hot with a ceiling fan and I was given fan and i decided to check my family at 6 am and my booking was for 2 night never again will I stay there

I arrived at 4:30 a.m. after an overnight flight. The man who checked me in said the property was undergoing renovations. As a project accountant who has worked with hotel property owners, what I saw looked less like renovations and more like the general condition of the property. There were holes in the walls throughout the common areas and my room, dirty walls with drips and chipped paint, old furniture with chipped paneling, and worn carpets. The sink surround had missing nails in the fake wood paneling, and the shower had smashed tiles. There was mold in the bathroom, and a ceiling access panel had rusted screws with dirt hanging down (yes, I have pictures!). Spiderwebs with bugs caught in them were in the corner near where I slept. The room was so bad I kept my shoes on. And when I woke up and turned my head, I inhaled, and the pillow stank! The elevator license wasn't displayed. Instead, a sign said, “Elevator certificate available in engineering department.” This did not meet Texas TDLR requirements for the alternative display method. I stayed about 25 hours because I was there for a family celebration of life and had no time to change hotels. And the cherry on top? They charge full rates for this property! I would not recommend staying here.
