A Guide To Your Home Away From Home:

AMENITIES:
- The property offers keyless entry for convenience and comes fully equipped with complimentary high-speed WiFi (300 Mbps), enjoy streaming on the Smart TV.
- Included are linens, towels, a washer and dryer, central air and heat, ceiling fans, and a monitored security system.
- Exterior cameras provide added peace of mind, covering the front door area. Parking includes free street parking capable of holding any size of of vehicle.


INSIDE THE HOME:

- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand with power receptacles, and a sizeable closet.
- Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower, a vanity with ample storage, and complimentary toiletries.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, nightstands.
- Bathroom 2: Walk-in shower, a large vanity with ample storage, and complimentary toiletries.
- Bathroom 3: Half bathroom for the common area with complimentary toiletries.
- Living Room: Furnished with a very large and comfortable sofa, wood floors, and a Smart TV for entertainment.
- Kitchen: Variety of appliances and cookware, stovetop, a Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and essential supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, and hand soap.
- Dining Area: Includes a bar seating and a dining table for a total of 6 seats.
- Laundry Area: Conveniently includes a washer, dryer, and cleaning tools for your use.


HOUSE RULES:

Late check-out or rule violations may result in additional fees starting at $350 and potentially higher, or eviction.

- No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
- No large gatherings or parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- No pets allowed. If included in reservation, pets are not allowed on furniture.
- Check-out is by 10 AM.
