Stay in a unique carriage home that is 100 years old home. This home is nestled two blocks off lower Greenville in a neighborhood that exudes warmth and sophistication. Upscale amenities and and wifi make it the perfect setup for business and personal travel.

The space
You are in a stand alone carriage house from the turn of the century that was completely redone. You have one off street parking in the back for a car, and plenty of parking on the street. There is nearly 1,000 square feet of space for you and your guests to enjoy themselves.
This homes is located by Swiss Ave Historic District, which is RIGHT outside downtown Dallas. You are:
3 blocks to Greenville Ave\Munger Ave
3 mins from Deep Elm
5 mins from Downtown Dallas
7 mins from Uptown
10 minutes from SMU
10 minutes from Oak Lawn
