The apartment is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

Parking is located on the complex. Please DO NOT PARK in any parking spaces labeled `Reserved`. Your car will be towed, and we will not be liable.

Parking permits are located inside the unit. They are green and to be left on vehicle dashboard (please do not remove them from the plastic). Visitor passes are also located inside the unit. These are to be hung from mirror if you expect any guests, they must park in the spaces next to the dumpsters labeled `Visitors`.


ID Submission and Rental Agreement Requirement:
For a seamless and secure experience, guests will click a boarding pass link from a third-party tool as we require all guests aged 18 and above to submit a valid government-issued ID upon confirmation of their booking. Additionally, guests must sign a rental agreement, which will be sent after the reservation is confirmed. These requirements are part of our standard procedure to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. You will find these details inside the boarding pass link that you will receive once your reservation is confirmed.

I am accessible to my guests via phone or through the app.

Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but am readily available if needed.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest`s expectation before, during and after they leave.

We also do allow pets for a fee:
1-5 days is $25 per pet per day
6-20 days is $150
20+ days is $250

Note: Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex.

UNDECLARED PETS: $300 FEE IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COUNT BEFORE CHECK-IN.

We are excited to have you and have a few house rules to ensure everyone has a good stay!

Host Rules:

Space is limited to 6 people only, 2 per bedroom and 2 additional.

1 parking permit and 1 visitor pass are provided to park anywhere outside the gate in the available parking spaces. Visitors parking spaces are located by the dumpster outside the gate, labeled “visitors” in white. All other spots with no labels are for the parking permit use. PLEASE do not park in the spaces labeled “reserved” as your car will be towed! Place green parking permit on dashboard.

$250 fee for each unreturned parking permit or visitors pass.

DO NOT flush toilet paper, wipes, or any other items down the toilet. Kindly use the trash bin provided. This helps prevent plumbing issues and keeps everything running smoothly.

Trash is to be collected in trash cans and will be disposed of in the main trash dumpsters located on site in the parking lot during longer stays.

NO PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED! We have Minut noise detectors in every unit and can monitor the noise level at all times and detect smoke at all times. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable level. We will reach out if the decibel level exceeds our threshold and will cancel reservation and evict if noise persists.

$400 fee if found in violation of party or smoking policy.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to use amplified sound equipment that produces sound audible beyond the property line of the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

It shall be unlawful for a guest to allow the congregation of occupants outside at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Lost and Found Policy: Please note that a $70 service fee will be applied for the return of any lost items, whether the item is picked up or delivered. This fee compensates for the time and effort required to coordinate the return, which would otherwise be dedicated to our team’s regular tasks.

Undeclared Pets: Guests must declare all pets on their reservation count before check-in. If evidence of an undeclared pet is found, a $300 fee will be charged.

Undeclared Guests: For the comfort and security of all guests, only those included in the reservation are allowed on the property. A penalty of $50 per unapproved guest, per night will apply if we find evidence of undeclared guests during your stay. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking or message us to update it prior to check-in.

POOL RULES:
-There is no additional fee for use of the pool. However, please be advised that all use of the pool and pool area is at your own risk. Users assume full responsibility for personal injury or property damage to themselves.
-No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
-No food or pets are allowed in the pool area.
-Glass containers and metal cans are strictly prohibited due to safety concerns.
-No diving is permitted from any elevated areas.
-Running, jumping, loud noise, or other disruptive behavior is not allowed.
-Pool water is chlorinated and may damage carpets or fabrics. Please dry off completely before entering the building.
-Only proper swimwear is permitted. Street clothing is not allowed in the pool. Remove all hairpins or bobby pins before swimming. No debris should be thrown into the pool.
-Pool safety equipment is for emergencies only. It is not to be used for personal recreation.
-Pool furniture must remain in the pool area and may not be moved or placed in the water.
-Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Please respect these hours to avoid disturbing other residents. The pool will be closed every Monday for maintenance and chemical treatment.
-Management reserves the right to close the pool or restrict access at any time, for any reason deemed necessary.
