“I actually didn’t have a chance to stay at the hotel. I was caught up in the weather cancellations in Dallas and when the last flight of the night was cancelled I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. However we found another flight to a nearby city and drove to our destination. I contacted the hotel the next day and they refunded our rooms due to the circumstances even though the reservations we non refundable. This was really appreciated.
