“The hotel check-in was easy and we were allowed to select the floor for our room. The check-in staff was very nice and suggested the second floor which has upgraded LVP instead of carpet. The room is very modern, and clean. The shower has glass doors which is very nice. The room had a functional dresser, a chair, a couch and a small table. “I had an excellent stay at Sandman Signature Dallas Las Colinas Hotel & Suites. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in cleanliness and attention to detail.
The service was truly amazing the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable.

“I only stayed for the night, but the room was clean and looked nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and although I didn’t swim, the pool looked really nice and it was indoor. I would definitely stay here again, I am starting to prefer Hyatt over anyone else because I can always count on them to be consistent.”
