“The room was overall very well-kept. The staff were helpful, although I wish that rooms were checked by cleaning staff daily due to very small trash cans. The breakfast was as expected, although the potatoes seemed a bit freezer burnt and not as hot as I would expect. The parking was sufficient. “I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile.”

The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with nice decorations and furniture in good condition . The ONE item that did not make the grade was the indoor pool. The water was clear - but the bottom was dirty and slimey. Dirt and hair clumps covered the bottom.”

“ワールドカップ日本戦の観戦のため利用しました。早めに抑えた点はあるのですが、DART駅からの徒歩圏で（スーツケースを押して15分は汗をかきますが）一泊1万円程度というのは最高のコスパで助かりました。部屋はテレビ、電子レンジ付きで冷房も順調。毎日、綺麗に整えてくれました。近くにセブンイレブンもあって食事も困らず、少し足を伸ばすとスポーツバーなどもあり、快適に過ごせました。唯一、帰国日に観光しようと荷物預かりを相談しましたが、それがNGだったことだけが残念だった唯一の出来事で、他のストレスが解消できたことに比べれば微々たるものです。”

During our brief stay for the World Cup, they were incredibly helpful in answering any general questions we had about the area. Their great sense of humor also helped to alleviate the stress of traveling. Additionally, the room was much larger than we had anticipated.”
