“New very clean hotel. Young frendly and and very helpful staff. . I did arrive early morning. I suppose to get to my room at 2pm. Yang receptionist seen me very tired let’s me in to the room 10:30 am. I just like to say Thank you so much, I do have very good time in the hotel , and I will be back one day. 😀”

“I experienced an excellent 3 day stay. All the staff really went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Very friendly. The hotel itself is well maintained and everything is clean from the bathrooms, rooms, lobby area and the gym. My room was small but comfortable, with a good size bathroom, comfortable bed, good lighting, AC and small patio with a nice full size sliding glass door. “Overall, my stay was disappointing. The room was extremely dark and could definitely use better lighting. Unfortunately, I also found a cockroach in the room, which was unacceptable. The location is another major drawback. It's quite far from the city, and after 5:00 PM it was very difficult to book a Grab. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this property for families with young children. Breakfast was decent but nothing memorable or special. Also, don't be misled by the promotional...

“Our stay at The Grandview Villa Dalat was fantastic. The room offered great view overlooking the city. Clean rooms & showers. We also had a breakfast included with the room. Nice & courteous staff, they had lots of information about the city. Over all a great stay. ”

The location was good for us, near the lake but walking distance to the night markets. Our room was nicely done, we didn't have a balcony room but that didn't matter to us, as less street noise.
