“Fantastic property. So peaceful and the food is magnificent. Nagpal’s has just opened on the ground floor of the hotel, and the options for vegetarian food are endless. It’s my second visit since October 2025 and I will be staying here again for Diwali in 2026. ”

“Good for long stay”

“Better than other hotels but overall not happy. The rooms elevator everything in the hotel was dirty not a single thing I can say was clean. The staff all were so lost lack of communication between each other and telling us all different things. Would advise a different stay unless a last ditch effort. ”

“The pool was absolutely spotless and the overall ambience was truly exceptional. It's safe to say that every single aspect of this property exceeded our expectations.”

“The room was not clean and I had bugs all over the place. The bathroom towels were smelly and dirty, and it seemed they had kept used towels as they appeared dirty. Parking is on the roadside with stray dogs roaming around. That was on scary ordeal. I was assigned the room on the third floor which was right next to the pickle ball court, on Sunday 9 AM I could barely sleep. Same with lifts they were not clean. Cleanliness is Basic regardless of what hotel it is - which this hotel fails...

“Awesome place ”

“Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....
