“There has been a complaint filed. Very poor customer service, very bad experience. No towels for drying off in the bathroom, no amenities for cooking. The whole purpose of reservation of a kitchen suite is to be able to cook. 2 days later a pot shows up. 35 hours later 2 old pool towels were handed to us at the reception desk. “My husband and I stayed this passed weekend and we just say we were so impressed with everything. From the minute we walked in the door the guy welcomed us right away with great dinner suggestions advised to let him know when we wanted our chimney turned out in the patio. We loved it and as locals this was a perfect get away because it felt cozy but the structure was beautiful we said we will be coming very often to just unwind.”

“I give this place an 8/10. The rooms are a bit dated, the bathroom is quite compact, and the foldout bed was essentially a thick blanket on springs. Thankfully the kiddo was able to sleep, but I doubt an adult could have done so comfortably. Overall, I was happy with the service and cleanliness of my room but I discount a few points on account of the items I mentioned. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd stay here.”

“It's Very nice and clean structure. Unfortunately my room had the bathroom in the room but not separare by door, so we have to stay outside the room when the other person is using bathroom and this is not very confortable. This was not written in the room description, so it was a bad surprise for us. The location is good: many restaurant around, but the town it is not the better one of the coast; it is good just if you want to spare some money”
