Hotel economici a Dana Point

“The staff were extremely polite. It was a decent room to sleep in a nice neighborhood. It definitely needs some renovations but for the price I would stay again. Sometimes staff courtesy means more and I appreciate that from the gentleman at the front desk! He was very helpful, kind, and attentive! ”

“My keypad didn’t work getting into my room and had to be remote in. There’s black mold on the floorboard by the shower. I paid an “amenity” fee which included my breakfast credit. When I went to the shop location, they told me they had no idea about a “credit” but a discount. The staff was very helpful and super responsive. But even with that, when I asked for my amenity fee to be reimbursed since I didn’t receive it, they had to check with their boss, I.e. I’m not getting that back. ”

“Mi ero trovato bene la prima volta a e sono tornato, sempre soddisfatto. Anche questa volta camera confortevole e pulita. L'unica cosa che non mi torna è come ci possa essere puzza di fumo in una camera per non fumatori.... comunque confermo il giudizio positivo generale della struttura”

“It's Very nice and clean structure. Unfortunately my room had the bathroom in the room but not separare by door, so we have to stay outside the room when the other person is using bathroom and this is not very confortable. This was not written in the room description, so it was a bad surprise for us. The location is good: many restaurant around, but the town it is not the better one of the coast; it is good just if you want to spare some money”
