  • Casa Vista (The Travertine) è stata rinnovata con le migliori finiture per garantire il massimo comfort.

    Casa Vista è una casa a 5 stelle nei Dana Point Headlands con patio e soggiorno di fronte all'oceano con favolose viste sulla costa.
    L'ampio patio conduce nella grande sala con cucina a vista e sala da pranzo. Casa Vista ha due bagni completi e una lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno della casa. Si trova al piano terra e dispone di spazio garage. Ciò rende particolarmente facile entrare nell'unità se si trasportano valigie o borse della spesa. Non ci sono scale. L'unità è accessibile per disabili ed è completamente arredata con tutto il necessario.

    C'è un ampio patio con vista sull'oceano che è un ottimo posto per barbecue e cenare in una notte d'estate.

    L'unità si affaccia su Strands Beach - a solo 1/4 di miglio a sud del famoso Ritz Carlton Hotel e Salt Creek Beach Park, e si trova adiacente al sentiero per la spiaggia in cima alla scogliera. È molto silenzioso, pacifico e sicuro. È davvero uno dei luoghi più indimenticabili che tu abbia mai trovato. Il condominio è arredato in modo impeccabile e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza.

Amazing location, great host

Jill was an excellent host from the moment we booked and throughout our entire stay. She made us feel very welcome, checking in occasionally to see if we needed anything. Her dining recommendations were spot-on. The house itself was fantastic, located in a great area with an incredible view. We’d definitely love to return if we’re ever back in the area.

Small accommodations with an amazing view.

Lots of rules about parking your car. Garage was really small and not convenient for parking. I did not feel that it was a dog friendly place, although was advertised as. I was always walking on egg shells with the owner. Barbecue was not working correctly and had issues off and on with the WiFi.

Best view in town

I chose this property over staying at The Ritz where my business conference was and it was the right decision! The view is absolutely breathtaking, the whole property is lovely, the beds are comfy and we LOVED our stay! Hope to come back again.

Ocean views for days

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jill's property. Overlooking the ocean was amazing. Jill is so attentive to whatever you need. She gave us tons of recommendations on what to see and do during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Peace and Dolphins

We loved Jills home and environment. Beautiful views and singing birds. Close to everything. We really loved our dolphin trip with Captain Dave. We saw hundreds of dolphins. Great food and views at Raya Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton and the Wind and Sea. We want to live in Dana Point now.

Beautiful view, walked down 636 steps and along beach everyday, walking up was slower. Nature walk within 1/4 block. Restaurants wonderful, within walking distance, no more than a mile driving. Very quiet, host was available and very helpful. Perfect!

Spectacular views

I fell in love w Dana Point while staying at Jill’s property. I could sit in the kitchen and see nothing but ocean. Sunsets are incredible. Beach is close by. Jill was lovely to rent from. Close to everything and walking the beach neighborhood is a wonderful way to spend the day

An amazing get away!

This property is the best location, in my opinion. We decided to skip the rental car and there were no lack of places to visit by foot or trolley. The view is absolutely breathtaking and being up higher set the tone for feeling more secluded. This was definitely a great vacation to both recharge and explore! The host was very friendly and welcoming. A+ :)

Stunning ocean view

This property was literally on an ocean cliff with unobstructed views of seashore bluffs and sunset views. The view was stunning. The property had a nice oceanside deck. The condo was well equipped and quiet. It was very close to the entrance of a protected land reserve, with walking paths. Jill always answered our questions. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful seaside escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dana Point and this property truly delivered. The view was spectacular and home was as described. Jill was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to respect our privacy and deliver a quality place to stay. Due to an initial mix-up to which unit was available during our available time, she made an accommodation to share her parking space to make it easy for our two cars - truly a great host. The location in Dana Point is central to everything and the walking access to Strands Beach and the Conservation area was a bonus. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

What a view, literally a $20 million views!

We were able to prepare a full Christmas dinner. Well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Trails immediately out the front door. The beach directly below via a nice trail and steps system. Chalking distance to bars and restaurants. I would doubt any other property in this price range would have such a view. Garage but don’t bring a giant SUV like we did. Easy on street parking if so even though we could fit in driveway. Secure!

Affordable living about the Ultra-Rich!

Contradictory title? Not if you can have white-water ocean-front living in a condo that looks out over $30 million dollar mansions; all the way to the Ritz-Carlton! As prior SoCal residents we -- along with our native visitors from from Orange and San Diego counties -- were blown away by the constant vistas before us. We ate most of our local meals at home because no restaurant view compares. It was like Eden with the whale spouts, dolphin pods, the local road runner couple, and other flora and fauna from the surrounding Headlands. Top all that with Jill, the more gracious, generous and lovely hostess, who remained concerned about our comfort and enjoyment throughout our 30+ day stay. She is a well-read, worldly, multi-lingual trained scientist, who was a joy to meet. Book this place asap, but please leave room for our return!!

Terrible host, bad experience.

Dealing with the owners behavior was an absolute nightmare. On the first morning of our vacation we were woken to the sounds of an electric chainsaw, demolition, banging and extremely loud construction work at 6 am from her unit above us. It scared my daughter to tears. The walls are paper thin so it sounded like the construction was in our room. We were never informed of any construction work prior to our visit and we told her of our need for sleep but she said she couldn’t do anything about it and the contractors were scheduled for the entire week of our vacation. We never would have booked a vacation under those circumstances. When the construction stops her yapping dogs begin. It was never peaceful. I wish I would have considered the other reviewer who had similar problems but I figured the general feedback was positive from others. Beach access is deceiving. The house sits on top of a cliff, you need to hike up and down for about a mile to acres beach. Garages look like a storage room with junk and no room to park. Again, the views are incredible. However, when I travel other elements are important to me. For me sleep is a must, I didn’t get that here. Consistent, working internet, you don’t get that here. A kind hostess with integrity, this was my biggest issue. She avoided all responsibility for her behavior, made excuses and showed no remorse. We had three other weeks scheduled for this unit and we have cancelled all of them. It was more important for her to profit during her construction than it was to be honest and give us a choice. We would have happily scheduled somewhere else, had we known. We would have been guests for life with a little consideration. I also want to mention the problem showers too. The hot water heater runs out of hot water after 3 minutes. This was a slight disappointment but livable if all other circumstances were ideal. The real issue was the fear of taking a shower because the entire ceiling had busted open from all of the construction. We did need to end our visit early and we left sleep deprived. Our travels home was one of complete denial that a person could behave with such a lack of decency. Her behavior was very Machiavelli. Jill, your behavior and lack of care for your guests was rude, unfounded and reprehensible. I hope you learn your lesson and you allow your future guests a much better experience. We will not be returning.

We had an excellent experience staying at Jill's place. Communication was great from start to finish. The home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The biggest positive is the incredible location overlooking the Pacific with incredible whitewater and coastal views. If you enjoy surfing, beach hikes, or just hanging out on an amazing deck, this is the spot!

Excellent time at this lovely condo

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for a week. It was in a wonderful location and had the most amazing ocean views. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunsets. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Jill is an excellent host and is very responsive. I would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Relaxation

Wonderful stay, view and experience right on the ocean. In a period of a lot of uncertainty, this was an excellent place to stay for six weeks. The owner, Jill, was very communicative and helpful. She gave us some guidance about local establishments food quality and outdoor seating, which we were very interested in during a surge in the pandemic. The location was perfect for daytime and nighttime walks on the beach. The beach didn’t have much of a boardwalk, but the terrain, especially at lower tide times made for some wonderful walks. The nearby area of Dana Point, San Clemente and Laguna Niguel had everything one needs from groceries, to fine eateries/bakeries, and places to shop. Property is very high on our list for a return visit. Would highly recommend.

The best vacation ever!

The condo was perfect for us. The view was incredible with a very easy access to the beach below. All the rooms were beautifully decorated, the kitchen wonderfully supplied with pots and pans of every description, and the beds very comfortable . We couldn’t have asked for more!!
