Be welcomed with picturesque ocean views in this beautifully remodeled and stylish villa. Boasting an open concept floor plan with two bedrooms and two baths plus a detached 2 car garage. This turnkey property offers luxury and comfort at its finest. The living room comes complete with a cozy fireplace and French doors leading to a private deck offering breath-taking sunset views. Prepare meals in the culinary-inspired kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, a gas range, wine storage and bar seating for informal dining. Enjoy preparing a summer BBQ on the rear patio on your gas grill. The kitchen is well equipped for short and long term visits. The primary suite comes complete with a king bed, generous walk-in closet space and access to the private deck. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with a twin trundle. Additional features include an interior laundry room with full-size appliances, stone floors throughout. Minimum 30 day lease. Beautiful Dana Point Condo

Well appointed, beautifully decorated condo in Dana Point with ocean views and within walking distance to the beach. Amazing restaurants and great shopping nearby. Loved sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Great place!

The apartment was nice with a great location! We enjoyed an ocean view from the balcony. Great walks to beach, Monarch Hotel and Ritz Carlton. Marcie was responsive to our needs. We enjoyed staying there two months. Thank you Marcie

Lovely home and wonderful host!!

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious, bright and airy condo with an ocean view that was decorated so beautifully and completely well stocked!! The communication with our gracious host was fantastic and the location was fabulous!! We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets on their spacious west facing balcony and barbequing on the second balcony off of the kitchen. We enjoyed walking to the Waldorf Astoria hotel across the street and the delicious restaurants nearby! We walked the path along the Monarch Beach Golf Course to three beautiful beaches, Monarch Beach, Salt Creek and The Strand Beach. There is a fun beach shack for lunch and a convenient trolley took us up to the numerous Laguna beaches and restaurants north and another trolley took us south to the Dana Point Harbor! There is so much to do in this fabulous location and this was the perfect stay for us! We so appreciated the ease of the check-in and check-out process along with how welcoming our host was! We highly recommend this beautifully appointed 5 star home! We can’t wait to return!

Lovely place to stay!

We spent 4 months here and found Marcie’s condo to be a comfortable and stylish home in a convenient SoCal location. Check-in was easy and Marcie was always extremely responsive if we had a question. The home is beautifully furnished with high quality bed linens and bathroom/kitchen/beach towels. Both beds are really comfortable. We appreciated how well stocked the home was; the kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals, including oils and spices, and the bathrooms were stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even sunscreen. The walk to Monarch Beach is easy and we enjoyed it every single day. This beach is the perfect length to walk along and the surfers, hard-packed sand, flowers and hummingbirds made for a great start to each morning. The views from the condo are beautiful and we enjoyed the calming sounds and sights of the tennis courts below. We also loved the pool - heated year-round to a comfortable 82 degrees. The pool and hot-tub are well-maintained, with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for reading and relaxing. The location is a short drive for groceries, drugstore, coffee and bagel shops, movie theatre, and some nice restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would certainly vacation here again!
