“We stayed in the hotel twice, the first room we stayed was really cleaned. But the second time, not really happy. The bathroom was dirty, did not look like it was cleaned. I needed to clean the sink due to some black stuffs on it even on the floor looks like dried vomit/blood. Wiped the toilet seat, look like someone stepped on it. They only replaced the towels. The teaspoons were still dirty(not washed), cups were dirty too. The beds were changed, everything is dusty. Hope they will do...

“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”

“Fully equipped kitchen, heated pool, great views. Spotlessly clean and Paula was amazingly helpful. Absolutely would recommended to everyone, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat. So peaceful. 💖✌”

“I stay here as it is near my work. For that purpose it’s perfect. Great price point, clean, quiet (except for the birdsong) and the check-in and check out are quick and easy whatever time it is. For families there is a playground and swimming pool area that are serviceable but old and tired looking. Location to tourist attractions is about a 15 minute drive. I think this place is okay for low cost tourism but great for those looking for budget friendly accommodation”

“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”
