Douglas Lake is a TVA controlled reservoir. We can not guarantee the lake levels. Typically from May-Sept they are at summer pool then they draw it down during the winter. I encourage you to look at TVA's website to verify lake levels.
We do require all guests to sign a rental agreement, point of contact and reserve a security deposit to stay at our property.
