Hotel vicino a Daniel Boone Park - Charleston

“Other than what seemed like an elephant in the room above me which isn’t the fault of the hotel, my stay was amazing. Clean room. Friendly staff. Pool is very clean. This is my new “go to” when visiting WV.”

“The room was great. The outside of the property was a bit run down and the area was so-so. But, that is also practical and expected for the price point. I had a good night's sleep and got back on the road the next day without any issues, so it was a good experience.”

“TV was small. It had only local channels on "cable". No premium channels and no smart features. Poor picture kind of fuzzy. Room literally right next to highway exit, but it was quiet inside room. Room was very clean and as pictured. Bed and pillows were very soft and a pleasant sleep experience. Grounds are kind of run down. Bathtub and little rough, showing some delamination and grout pulling away badly where tub meets the bathroom floor tile. AC worked fine. Didn't have the free breakfast...

“The breakfast was great and well attended by a nice man. The overnight front desk staff and morning front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I would suggest ear plugs if your sensitive to sound when you're sleeping. The AC unit was loud when the fan cut on.”

“I always enjoy my stay here, this time we stayed because of Weird Al having a concert at the Charleston Civic Center. The Courtyard Marriott was right across the street.”

“There was a dip in the bathtub that I kept slipping in while I was showering. Felt like this was a known problem as there was a safety railing in there. The staircase feels unsafe as it seems like it’s not part of the building once you enter. The elevators were breaking down and at one point only one elevator available while checking in. And there was no access to stairs from the outside of the building.”

“I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. She didn't tell me which way our room was or anything else we should know except the wi-fi was our room number. She wasn't rude just very dry. She also should use her...

“The rooms were nasty. Blood stains on the sheets in several. They actually had to up grade my room for the same price just to find a clean room.”

“Nice clean rooms. A good place to stay while traveling. Nothing great about the surrounding area but for the price if you need a place to rest on your travels, this works.”

“This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe.”
