“Although we booked the Wizard’s Roost, due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed in the Steampunk room, which was awesome! So creative! There are lots of clever surprises to explore. The whole place was very comfortable, with lots of amenities, especially the full kitchen. My sister can’t wait to tell everyone about this place!”

“This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. ”

The listing showed a bright yellow exterior, but instead there was black discoloration and peeling paint everywhere. The railings both inside and outside were loose, unstable, and unsafe. Paint chips were falling off, and honestly, we were nervous just opening the front door because we did not know what condition we were walking into. The cleanliness was unacceptable.
