“We stayed here last year and the pool and hot tub were out of order. It was still out of order this year. The room was dirty when we checked in. Housekeeping was terrible. We left our room one morning at 7AM and when were returned at 3PM the door was left propped open by housecleaning. “The room was spotless clean! And hotel has ample parking spaces. Housekeeping was done daily… everyday fresh set of towels, and waste bins were emptied regularly with fresh liners plus beds were made up. Thanks a lot for being so receptive to our needs.”

“I requested a first floor room due to my mobility at reservation and was denied at the desk. “You want the second floor, it has been remodeled and we have an elevator” The elevator was super rickety and 100 degrees along with the hallways. The room was poorly remodeled. The doors were old and scratched up. There were ash burns in our comforter and the edge of the tub. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Bagels, bread and cereal. We checked out as fast as we could and got McDonalds instead.”
