“I can't begin to tell you how happy we were with our experience. Everyone who worked at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The room was nicely appointed with anything you could need for a short stay, including a comfy bed and good pillows. To me, the best part was how immaculately clean it was. “Need better parking for trucks with attached trailer. Parked next door, which looked like your over flow parking area that had zero no parking signage & my truck & trailer was towed & & they extorted $1100 in cash to retrieve it. A total scam by McDonalds. Unfortunately I will never eat in a McDonalds in the future & I won’t be staying there again due to the parking issue. I travel that way a few times per year seeking an overnight. Never again.”

“Bathroom desperately needs an update/remodel and a blow dryer would be appreciated. Staff friendly; however, no desk attendant onsite - we waited in lobby for 10-15 minutes to check-in.”

“The room was pretty decent. But the smell was not good. At one point it smelled like they may have had water damage. The mildew in the air. The carpet felt terrible. And the first night, no hot water.”

“Office was dark, smelly and dingy. Room was dark, smelly, dirty and dingy. Bed made an awful noise when sat on (sheet metal frame). My husband made the mistake of walking without socks or shoes on and his feet were black. The floors have probably never been washed (photos attached). I complained about the cleanliness to the front desk person and showed the towel and paper towels we put on the floor to show the dirtiness, she did not speak English. “The rooms don't have coffee makers in them. Considering the age of the hotel, and rustic nature of the building and rooms, I believe the price is a bit too high. I believe the cost should be about half of what they actually are. I don't mind the rustic style of the rooms and hotel, because I'm a no frills kind of person anyway, I'm just saying that the quality doesn't match the price.”
