“Great room! was upgraded for some reason @ no extra cost! great restaurant with alot of choices and friendly servers/staff. Massage spa is excellent and a must-try. Overall very satisfied and strongly recommend especially if you want a different experience from the norm in hospitality choices! Shoutout to Selsa for help with my stay!”

“This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one...

“뜨거운 물 안나옵니다. 호텔 조식 조리 대기 시간이 너무 길고 주문 누락도 잦습니다. 리조트 자체는 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하긴 하지만, 온수가 안나오는 게 치명적이고, 개미랑 지네가 많습니다. 팡라오 시내랑 좀 멀어서 툭툭이 잡기 힘듭니다.”

“Alona Pawikan is highly recommended. The huts are comfortable and great for its price point. There's a refrigerator, WiFi, TV with Netflix, and free coffee and tea. The staff is very helpful and would gladly assist you in booking a motorcycle or a car. Great location too, just a short walk to Alona beach. There's also a nice restaurant beside it.
