“This property feels more like a youth hostel than a proper hotel. The house is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of Taiwanese dishes. However, arriving by public transport means a steep uphill hike. Rooms are bare-bones: just a floor mattress as a bed, a single ceiling light, a low shelf and a basic shower stall. It's significantly overpriced for what it offers.”

“Clean room and great location, close to a lot of nearby attractions like Fenqi Lake, walking trails, tea tasting and Sakura blossoms (in Feb to March). delicious breakfast with homemade eggs, chicken, mashed potato, fries, porridge, coffee, soy milk, bread, etc. walking distance to a great sunrise spot. I will be thinking of the hot pot dinner, lots of delicious homegrown mountain veggies. Staff are super friendly.”

“我們這次入住是景觀房，房間也算大，我們住的是3樓從房間望出去剛好前方正在蓋大樓，但還是可以看到一些綠色草皮，房間位置配置都還蠻好的，但浴室蓮蓬頭的水溫會忽冷忽熱，洗澡真是一種挑戰，希望這方面可以改進。 早餐的部分是提供中式西式合併的套餐，只有飲料可以自助選擇，可能是我們是平日住宿，所以提供的是套餐。 整體來說，地理位置離市區偏遠，喜歡遠離城市或是打高爾夫球的人是不錯的選擇。”

“Very nice owner. Drive to and from the city center. Allows you to taste their homegrown tea. Serves breakfast in the morning. Walls are thin though so you can hear the neighbours.”

“Breakfast was nice and yummy. Room was clean, staff were welcoming. The hotel have small play area and good for family, and even adult can enjoy too. Have smoking area too. ”

“The O’Gallery is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. This is a 4-5 star hotel w/o question. Service and our room were impeccable. Food outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to insure that our every need was met. We would definitely rebook in the future. ”

“The whole room is almost fall apart, door lock is broke, the headboard off the bed is broken, bathtub have rust, the control panel right next to the bed is exposed with all the wires. Nice stuff but nothing else is good.”
