We actually enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our experience after we left that has completely ruined the experience we had. I booked for 1 night, but once I arrived after asking for a later checkout the staff member told me you booked for 2 nights. I informed the staff member that I only booked for 1 night. But he insisted it was for 2 nights. We filled a registration form out based on their guidance. A day later they contacted us via WhatsApp and informed us that we stayed longer than we should have, we have charges that need to be paid. I told them exactly what happened but they continued to make me feel like I was the one who stole something from them. I asked them to take accountability for an error they made, but they completely denied everything. If we were supposed to checkout after 1 night, why didn’t anyone come to check why we didn’t check out at the checkout time after the 1st night? The staff member who messaged me used language to belittle me and what I was saying, they would not answer any of the questions I asked and they would not send me the reservation saying that it was for 2 nights from the night I checked in. I did not deny the reservation I made, I am more than willing to pay, but making your customer feel like they had bad intentions is a horrible horrible form of service. An Expedia agent agreed that the hotel made the mistake and that it was only based on their advice that we stayed. The hotel is beautiful, but be careful with the staff.
