“Booked the room and the propery is a mess. The room is disheviled and dirty. Someone had a vehicle completely pulled apart in the parking lot. My wife would not stay there because she was grossed out. Would love a refund because we didnt stay there.”

“My wife and I were traveling to the area to see a concert at the Darien Lake Amphitheater and booked the Asa Ransom House for an overnight stay so we didn’t have to drive back so late. “Registration folks were great, room was very clean, bar downstairs was great, service was excellent, breakfast was very good!”

“Requested a 1 king bed room and got “upgraded” to a suite with two beds for some reason that did not have the amenities in my room purchase. One bed had sheets that looked like they were dirty. The WiFi didn’t work for connection. There was NO trash can at all. The shower drain was terrible and did not properly drain while using it and was filling the tub while showering. The room over all looked like it was half-a** cleaned.”

“Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!”
