“Stinky room with smell of fungus, strange check-in questions - declarations for lost items and asking for taking photo of ID. Breakfast - just brought plate without asking what I actually want to have for full English?? This place is not good - cannot recommend. One bright spot was easy parking. ”

Dalle foto Mi aspettavo un’ area verde più grande all’esterno quindi zona relax verde invece non c è. La struttura nel complesso è molto bella ed accogliente. Ristorante buono. Unica pecca il personale ristorante/bar.. poco professionale e lento sebbene in sala ci fossero solamente 2 tavoli ( tot.7 persone) da gestire.”

“Englisches Frühstück war gut, leider keine Kästen in den Zimmern, Föhn war defekt, Duschkopf war defekt. Meine 80jährigen Eltern bekamen ein Zimmer mit Badewanne, obwohl ein barrierefreies Bad extra vereinbart wurde und uns zugesichert wurde. Das Putzen des Zimmers musste bei der Rezeption extra angefordert werden. ”

“Camera silenziosissima pur essendo in zona tangenziale , letto comodo. Pulizia discutibile , una sera si sono dimenticati di rifare il letto e di passare il pavimento (capelli ovunque). Colazione nella media, abbastanza varia, ma i tavoli venivano ripuliti di rado e dopo l’ora di punta non si trovava un posto pulito dove sedersi.”

“This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .”

“The hotle was clean, warm and peaceful, lovely big room with a beautiful bathroom. Close to the shopping areas and the train station. ”

“Set in a stunning location, beautiful building but tired, with repair issues, such as bathroom sink and sash window lock, both broken. Also had problems with Key Door Pass, which had to be rebooted after several failed attempts to get into room. Breakfast superb, excellent quality but Spa booking disappointing as full and no reply to my enquiries. ”
