“Perfect place for one night-stop.”

“Camera spaziosa e ben curata. Bagno sia con doccia sia con vasca.Wifi eccellente.No ascensore. Parcheggio ampio. Dalle foto Mi aspettavo un’ area verde più grande all’esterno quindi zona relax verde invece non c è. La struttura nel complesso è molto bella ed accogliente. Ristorante buono. Unica pecca il personale ristorante/bar.. poco professionale e lento sebbene in sala ci fossero solamente 2 tavoli ( tot.7 persone) da gestire.”

“Really friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful pub and well appointed room. Excellent tea and coffee provisions. Nice touches were a Christmas card and mince pies.”

“I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...

“The staff were excellent the land lady was a joy room was everything you needed and also dog friendly The £15 charge for the dog wasn't clear on website but the £10 voucher we received covered more than enought Would recommend ”

“The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars.”
