ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No smoking
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- Please do not smoke inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with DOORS CLOSED
- THE KEYS SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE LOCKBOX ONLY

IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
