"Ain't Life Grand" SPIAGGIA PRIVATA, PISCINA, MARE KAYAK e CARRELLO GOLF!

Questa casa è un nuovo affitto per il 2020. Ain't Life Grand è una casa di 1800 piedi quadrati situata sul lato Mississippi Sound dell'isola di Dauphin. Questa casa è molto speciale in quanto ha una spiaggia privata sul Mississippi Sound e una piscina a livello del suolo. Il lato "Golfo" dell'isola è a soli 7-10 minuti a piedi o 2-3 minuti in golf cart. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata. Incluso nel noleggio sono 5 kayak da mare, tra cui kayak singoli, in tandem e per bambini, per esplorare i canali e il suono. Dauphin Island è considerata la capitale del tramonto del sud e Ain't Life Grand offre alcune delle migliori viste dei tramonti sull'isola.

Per il pescatore, Ain't Life Grand ha un posto di ormeggio per la tua barca e gestirà una barca fino a 28 piedi. Il suono è pieno di trota maculata, scorfano, passera, tripla coda, ling (cobia), granchi, gamberi e molto altro. Nel Golfo troverai tutto quanto sopra, oltre a dentice, cernia, sgombro reale, sgombro spagnolo e molte altre specie al largo.

Ain't Life Grand è perfetto per famiglie e bambini. The Sound, dove si trovano la spiaggia privata e la casa, è poco profondo e calmo, perfetto per bambini e adulti. Per più surf e le famose spiagge di sabbia bianca dell'Alabama, dirigiti verso il lato del Golfo dell'isola

Ain't Life Grand ha anche un nido del corvo nella parte superiore della casa con vista a 360 gradi L'ampio ponte posteriore si affaccia sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia privata.

La disposizione della casa è di 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni. Il master ha un bagno comunicante e un letto matrimoniale. La camera 1 ha anche un letto matrimoniale e la camera 2 ha 2 letti a castello. Entrambe le camere hanno un bagno in comune con doccia e vasca. La casa può ospitare comodamente 8 persone.

All'esterno c'è un enorme ponte intorno alla piscina, una doccia esterna calda e fredda, accesso alla spiaggia e sotto la casa c'è una griglia a gas per cucinare il pescato e il kayak da mare.

È possibile noleggiare la maggior parte delle imbarcazioni di qualsiasi dimensione per la pesca, la crociera, l'osservazione dei delfini, ecc. E puoi anche noleggiare barche al Dauphin Island Marina.

Ain't Life Grand include anche tutte le linee, Dish Satellite TV e Internet ad alta velocità.

We had a wonderful stay at Ain’t Life Grand! This was our first time on the bayside rather than the gulf, and we loved it. The calm, shallow waters and little beach area were perfect for our kids. We enjoyed daily walks along the shoreline, and the golf cart made it easy to explore the island and visit the gulf side, just down the road.The house was very clean, and the upper deck—accessible from both the living room and bedrooms—was a favorite spot for our family to relax. Our kids especially loved the pool, and having kayaks available was such a nice bonus.John was an excellent host, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location

Great bay location. We now prefer the bayside of the island. Quiet and peaceful beach right in front the house. Get the golf cart, so fun to drive all over the island in it. Pool is such a great option when waves are rough or you are tired of the sand. Kids loved hitting the beach in the am and the pool in the afternoon.

We enjoyed this house so much. The bay / pool combo was incredible for us! We had direct beach access with no harsh waves or crowds. Plus the pool for when we were sick of the sand. And the gulf side was about a 2 minute golf cart ride away.The added golf cart rental is a MUST. We didn’t use the cars at all once we were there and put quite a few miles on that golf cart just touring the island. The sunsets were unreal on that beautiful back porch!And for those with young kids, there is an iron fence with gates around the pool now which was a huge bonus for us with a curious toddler. John was super helpful with check in and when we had bad weather moving in. We will definitely be back!

Definitely Grand!

This was our second time staying in this home. It does not disappoint...lots of room to spread out. With the heat, we were mostly in the pool. There were all kinds of floats to use and toys to play with. The beach is perfect and only a few steps away. We saw sting rays, alot of hermit crabs and dolphins twice! Hoping to be back next year!

Perfect beach vacation!

We had the perfect beach week at this amazing property. Our daughter and her friend went from the beach, to the pool, to the kayaks, to shell finding, to searching for hermit crabs. There was so much to do without even leaving the house. We will be back for sure. It was a fantastic week!

Amazing!!!!

We loved our time on DI!!! This house was perfect for family. It is decorated beautifully, but still comfy and beachy! The pool and private beach in your backyard is awesome! The pool is gated and safe for little ones. There is access to the Gulf side beach just across the street from the neighborhood. It's a short walk, but the golfcart made it a lot easier. Driving the golfcart made exploring the island, running errands, and getting snow cones way more fun!! John was a great host! We will definitely be back!!

Spring Break

John is an amazing host! He set the expectations before we arrived. The house was right on the water with plenty of water toys. The pool was wonderful but would have loved a few loungers for sun bathing. We are from the Midwest so we were not familiar with the area. John helped and his recommendations were great but we found taking the ferry to Fort Morgan and going to Publix was better for us than Greers grocery. Our kiddos have a few allergies and Publix had more choices. I feel the best part of this trip was how laidback it was and you have no choice but to disconnect and stay in the moment. Our kids loved the freedom of being able to explore while feeling safe. Thank You John & family!

Wonderful trip

House was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Really enjoyed the go cart and highly recommend renting it. We had some issues with the pool heating and kayak but they were resolved very quickly. Communication with John was impressive and we are looking forward to staying again!

The property was just perfect for our family . The beach , pool and view were amazing ! You even had a view of the beach and bay from 2 of the bedrooms, which also had glass doors opening to the upper deck. The pictures can’t possibly do it justice.

Best Fall Break Ever

The perfect beach house for children. Pool was wonderful, we had it heated, and the beach was literally 7 steps away. I would recommend adding the golf cart. We didn’t use our car the whole time. John was an amazing host with exceptional communication. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

First off, the owners are the most amazing, friendliest, and honest people. We had the most amazing trip and John made the whole process easy and stress free. The house was very clean and I just can’t put into words how stress free this trip was. During our stay we had the threat of a hurricane, and we didn’t even have to worry about that because John watched it hour by hour and assured us that he would let us know if there was even a doubt of our safety. He said he would refund us but thankfully, we didn’t get affected by the hurricane. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Fantastic getaway

The property is perfect in location and beauty. It has all the amenities and more. I highly recommend this as your next beach vacation. It is a spacious home, well equipped for cooking in and the outdoor space is amazing. The pool is wonderful for coming home to after a day at the beach when you need to get away from the sand and heat. I also want to say that the owner looks out for your every need including any tropical storms that might head your way. He is all about your safety! We will definitely be returning!
