    Questa bellissima casa sull'isola si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. La casa progettata dall'architetto presenta una meravigliosa planimetria, con soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina aperti con molto spazio per intrattenere. La zona giorno ha un soffitto alto, grandi finestre e porte di vetro che si affacciano sulla spiaggia. Ci sono bei pavimenti in quercia rossa, inserti a soffitto nel soffitto, archi, ringhiere in ferro battuto, pavimenti piastrellati, cucina gourmet con ripiani in Corian e isola con granito, adiacente alla zona pranzo informale e con vista su uno dei due ponti schermati e sul Golfo del Messico .

    C'è una piscina, campo da tennis e parco giochi in questa suddivisione gated. L'area sotto la casa è cementato e perfetto per cucinare fuori e riunioni di famiglia. C'è anche una doccia esterna sotto casa. Il soggiorno e tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. La struttura dispone di TV satellitare e Wi-Fi a Internet. La grande cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare durante la vostra visita. Lenzuola e asciugamani vengono forniti, tuttavia sarà necessario portare teli da spiaggia. C'è un mazzo sul ponte spazioso.

    La master suite è su questo livello principale, con area salotto, porte in vetro aperte sul portico schermato, sul lungomare, bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Al piano superiore, ci sono quattro camere da letto, due su entrambi i lati della casa, ogni lato con bagni Jack & Jill e 2 vanità su ogni lato. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto con DirecTV e Internet wireless. Tre delle cinque camere hanno vista sul golfo!

    Caratteristiche esterne: ponti over-size, portici schermo, tetto in metallo e tegole, sotto cemento per parcheggio coperto, bagno all'aperto, doccia e spogliatoio per un facile accesso alla spiaggia, e un ingresso al piano terra, coperto. Una vera casa dei sogni d'isola! 12 posti letto

Heaven on earth!

It was our fathers 80th birthday. He was blown away by the house and the beautiful views. Everyone had a wonderful time and definitely enjoyed the beach. Thank you!

TERMITES - property has swarms of termites in kitchen

House and location were nice until we had SWARM OF TERMITES IN KITCHEN one night. After extensive cleaning one evening they seemed to stop. We contacted the property manager who got us in touch with property owner who admitted THIS WAS KNOWN ISSUE with the property. They stated kitchen was recently remodeled to handle the situation - their advice was to turn lights off. No other solution was given. Board walk to beach has raised and loose nails - must wear shoes or you might step on a nail. I wouldn’t book this house again if it were free.

Beautiful Property - Nosey Neighbors

We had 12 people staying in this property for a week and we had relatives from 3 other states staying in a separate home on the island that we had not seen since before the pandemic. We thought this house would be a great place to gather for a couple days and enjoy the beach and each other. Again, we only had 12 people staying at the house. Little did we know, the neighbors on both sides were watching us at all times and are active board members in the neighborhood HOA. They actually contacted the home owners about us having visitors. We were really bummed that the neighbors were sticklers about us having our relatives visit. We did have to cut the visit short after being told that if our relatives did not leave the premises the police would remove them for trespassing. Andy with Dauphin Island Real Estate delivered the news in person but handled a very uncomfortable situation with class. Besides the above situation, the house was perfect for our group of 12. Plenty of room, A/C kicked out some great cool air, kitchen was stocked with any utensil we needed (we didn't eat out once) kayak included along with beach chairs and lots of kid's beach toys. The ice machine was clutch! The view of the ocean is BEAUTIFUL! Easy walk out to the beach but watch out for the nails on the boardwalk because some are sticking up. Stop on your way in at Walmart to get items cheap. You can get items at the local shop called Ship and Shore which we loved, but it is expensive. Grab extra toilet paper and paper towels as well as laundry and dishwasher detergent. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

Cleanliness of Property

Cleanliness of property. The inside of this house was a palace. The outside and underneath the house need work. Porch areas and wooden boardwalk are in need of repairs. Also Backyard needs to be cleaned/picked up of debris.

Awesome property for family getaway!

We stayed in Mid March and had a great time. Plenty of room for entire family to spread out! Home was even better than expected and well stocked with cooking extras! We loved the location and the quiet Beach! Definitely recommend!

Awesome Stay

Property is fully equipped for a week long family getaway. Private beach, huge kitchen, nice bedrooms. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving time with family away.

Springbreak

Wanted somewhere somewhat secluded because of covid— could not have picked a better place. Private beach and the kids had a blast fishing. A bit cold to get in water but to be expected. Kitchen was more than stocked. House was beautiful

Great Stat

This property was top notch. Very clean, extremely well stocked, lots of extras for the beach and an amazing view that made our beach experience exactly what we needed. The walk to the beach was flat and very easy. We would stay here again without any reservations.

Perfect vacation

Our stay was great! The house was clean and very spacious for 6 of us. We walked to the beach every day we were there. The host left us great recommendations for great food and fun things to do. In the evening we would play ping pong down stairs and hang out. The beds are some of the most comfortable to sleep on! We are definitely hoping to come stay again soon!!!

Great house! Open and gorgeous. Well supplied kitchen cooking equipment, dishes appliances. Beach Location was a little too far from the house. Nice pool and tennis court. More communication would have been helpful from the management company. We are a family of 6. We flew from Denver to Mobile. Of course, our rental car was extremely full, luggage, 2 car seats etc. Prior to our visit I inquired about what was available at the house . Meaning beach chairs, inflatables, beach toys and so forth. At first we were told that beach chairs were not available. We could purchase or rent chairs. Really? Who buys equipment like that to leave st a rental? Beach Rentals were very expensive . Finally, after asking several times , an associate from Management did go to the house and informed me there were chairs available. No mention of the additional items, such as a kayak, kids beach toys, an umbrella and a tent for the beach. A list of household items we should provide and purchase was inaccurate also. A waste of money!

Amazing beach house!

We had a fantastic time renting this beach house which offered amazing views and superb comfort. We love the location, access to the pool, and quiet beach. We plan on returning next summer!

Phenomenal home. Short, private walk to the beach for perfect sunset views.

We had a magnificent week in this home on Dauphin Island. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of room, the back porch and deck are enormous and perfect for outside dining. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but on a private walkway and the beach itself is very private. Just a fantastic time over all. Highly recommend it.

Huge house! Very clean! Perfect for a large group! Great location!

We LOVED this home! Perfect size for two large families. Perfect location. This house had everything we needed and more! We were so very pleased with our stay. We hope to stay here a lot more in the future!
