Cottage perfetto situato sulla spiaggia e affacciato sul Mississippi Sound. Goditi splendide viste sull'acqua e tramonti imbattibili dal portico e dal molo. Il molo include un'area salotto coperta e un ascensore per imbarcazioni. l'open space ha un piano camera da letto diviso con una cucina centrale e grande sala. Questa casa è decorata professionalmente con tutto ciò che potrebbe essere necessario o desidera per la vostra vacanza. I pavimenti in legno antico sono in tutta questa casa tre camere da letto, due bagni sono assolutamente da vedere.

It was our second time staying at Chic. We have become very comfortable at this house. The only thing we miss is having an area to sit on the sun on the back porch, it is completely covered, but we are sun lovers but it doesn’t keep us from staying there. Great quiet place and it is beautiful with a pier.

Lovely Dauphin Island home on quiet Sound

My husband and I, plus my mom just returned from a relaxing 4 night stay at this lovely beach house. The home is adorable, comfortable, stylishly decorated and extremely clean. The photos of this home are accurate, and it is apparent that it is well taken care of. There were plenty of bath linens, kitchen ware, extra bed linens, pillows, blankets etc. Both queen beds were comfortable. Did not use the singles. I read the reviews about window treatments and I had a concern ahead of time, but it was not an issue. Bedrooms had blinds and drapes, kitchen had an operational linen Roman shade. The only area without window coverings was the living room area that faced the back bay, or Mississippi Sound side of the property. It is a very private ‘backyard’. It was lovely to see the water and to watch the sky change color at sunrise & sunset. We have rented two other homes on Dauphin Island twice before that were on the Gulf side. We actually liked the location of this home more. It was a short, short hop to the beach, it was quiet and it felt private, especially when we were dining out on the back deck, or sitting outside with a glass of wine or in the a.m. in our pajamas. By the way, we loved the Adirondack chairs and my husband LOVED the outdoor shower! After one day, we felt very at home on this property. We would definitely rent it again.

What a week at the Chic!

My husband and I absolutely loved this house. We had plenty of room for others, but needed this time for ourselves since we were celebrating our 26th anniversary. We sat on the covered back porch with coffee, fished off the private covered pier, and walked along the bay looking for shells. We had perfect weather! This cottage is a perfect getaway. If you fish and you do not have a boat it is very shallow here. I wish it had been a little deeper but that did not prevent us from giving this place five stars. We will definitely stay there again. Oh, and no grill, but we carried our own small griddle and bought grouper and shrimp. Dockside blackened shrimp didn't disappoint either! Wonderful place and pretty private except for neighbors working the crabs but that was rather interesting in itself.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We found the property in a really nice neighborhood, very clean and quiet. The home was decorated very beautifully and comfortable. We could see the bay from our back porch and enjoyed early morning and late evening relaxation. Gulf beach access was a short 5 min walk. We felt very comfortable and safe there.

Wonderful, as always!

We absolutely love staying in this house! It’s so perfect for our 4 and 5 year old being on the bay side. It’s also perfect with the dock so we can fish right off of it. Will be staying here again!!

Beautiful and Peaceful

Really clean beach house with a fantastic view! Beautifully decorated. Lots of board games for a rainy day. The beds were not super comfy, but also not uncomfortable. The kitchen provided the basics, but there were no extras that we have typically found in other homes, such as coffee filters for the provided coffee maker, ziplocks, aluminum foil, etc. Overall a fantastic stay!

Very cute beach house

Stayed here for our anniversary. Wanted a quiet getaway and this home delivered! It’s decorated very cute, has games, TV with Amazon fire that we were able to watch anything we wanted, board games in the closet, full kitchen with basics, and a comfortable bed. Great for a single family or small group. We’d definitely come back!

Peace and Tranquility in a Beach House Gem

We wanted a relaxing vacation in a beautiful beach house and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was clean and the pictures do not do it justice. My husband and I loved the bay side because it has a private pier and the calm water was just so peaceful. We were able to relax and watch the sunrise and the sunset from the deck or the pier The gulf side is just across the street and you can even see it from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The view of the bay from the house was worth the entire trip. The beach house was the vacation and a perfect escape from work. Management was super helpful and you will not need for anything. We brought food from Skinner's and visited the galleries to get some souvenirs from local artists. One great feature not mentioned in other reviews was the deck had speakers so we could listen to music inside and outside. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend!

Very nice property

We had a fantastic time on our first trip to Dauphin Island. This property is very nice and has rhetoric you need. Very spacious and the large back deck overlooking the bay with its own fishing dock/pier is a HUGE bonus. It's very quiet and peaceful here. Not the place for people who love all the hubbub of places like Destin or Gulf Shores. But it's lovely, plenty of places to eat and this house is perfectly located and was exceptionally clean. Never needed to contact the management/owners either. We will definitely be back! Thanks!
