We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this property in a different condo in the past. It was great both times. Our family really enjoys the heated pool. The property was clean, had plenty of fresh linens and lots of outdoor toys, wagon and chairs to use as well. It was a great space for nine people to spread out. We originally booked a different condo that did not allow pets thinking no pets had been in the condo. The property manager let us know that the owner of the condo had a hypoallergenic pet and would ensure that the condo was super clean, but offered to change us to this condo instead since we a child who is allergic to certain pets. We opted to switch to this condo and were super pleased. The property manager was great about this issue.

Stayed 6 nights in August 2024. We had 8 adults and 1 infant. Plenty of room for everyone. The condo accommodated our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our visit to Dauphin Island!

Wanted a fun getaway for my daughters and grandkids, before school starts. Exactly what we ALL needed. Perfect ground floor location right by the extra clean pools, and safe boardwalk leading to the beach. The water and beach were beautiful but we did have to watch out for the jelly fish this time. The unit feels so spacious and open to have Great family fun and meals together. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is great for family. The pool being right outside our patio along with a boardwalk to the beach made this a great location. Restaurants and shops right across the street. We will definitely be back. Thinking about making this our family time every year.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. The easy access to the pool area was a huge plus. This property will be our first choice for another visit.

The place was amazing. There was great communication with staff. There is no cell service in the rental. That was ok because we wanted to forget the world. There was a few things that happened that I did not call in about though. The place was not clean. It wasn't horrible by no means but whoever they have cleaning does not do their job or either I am just picky. We went to clean up before leaving which I didn't agree with all the cleaning rules since I paid and ungodly about for a "cleaning fee". I am a little ocd anyway and wouldn't leave anywhere dirty. Back to the point. There was a bowl of cereal with milk and a spoon that was left under one of the twin beds, blood on the towels and shower curtains, food and garbage stuck down beside the other twin bed, and the rug in the living room has never been removed and cleaned under the coffee table. Well it has been now because I cleaned it. Its not the properties fault I don't guess and we will return. Overall it was great and we had a blast. I would have cleaned again even if it would have been spotless. Thank you all for a great get away.

this was our first trip to the island and we all had an amazing time. Very convenient for our group of 11. Pool was right outside our back door and a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach! We will be back!

We spent 5 days on Dauphin Island. The condo was perfect. Loved the first floor balcony and gate access to the courtyard and pool. Condo was spacious and comfortable for family of 9. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Some aspect were dated but we didn’t mind. Condo provided dish TV and Netflix access, boys enjoyed watching movies at night. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this condo.

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a family vacation. The extra room was perfect for the kids to play. Access to the beach and pool was very easy. Bring a cart for the boardwalk to the beach! We will definitely come back. Recommended 100%
