Beautiful view, could use some upgrades with the carpet, master shower and vanity. Had some trouble with the sliding door/patio screen so was unable to use it. Overall a very nice place. Had plenty of towels, plates, napkins, etc....a very well stocked unit. Pool No. 1 temperature was comparable to a hot tub and Pool No. 2 was not heated so evened out.Would have given this an overall 5 stars except for the difficulty checking in. We arrived after hours, were unable to open the lock box for the room keys and resort info. On hold with the answering service for over 30 minutes and a second phone call was needed to get a response. The manager that showed up was very apologetic and kind - unfortunately when she did get the lock box open, there were no room keys so the hunt was on. I'm sure this was a fluke.Enjoyed Fort Gaines, the Aquarium, the bird sanctuary and the trails. Had nothing but great food and we tried all of the island restaurants. The sunset at West Beach met and exceeded all expectations. We had perfect weather the whole week.
