    Whether you're here to spend long afternoons on the beach or just to enjoy a quiet and rejuvenating vacation with friends and family, this two-bedroom house is just what you've been hoping to find. Shrug off your cares and kick back in the spacious living room to stream a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. You'll love taking your first cup of morning coffee out to the balcony to enjoy the lovely canal views while the world wakes up around you. After an afternoon on the beach, just a short walk away, you can come back to use the full kitchen to cook up a delightful meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for four while the kids chatter away from the breakfast bar stools. Of course, there's nothing like an al-fresco dining experience, so be sure to take a few meals out on the balcony to enjoy the salty sea air and good conversation. The private washer and dryer will ensure everyone looks their best. The home even includes a fenced outdoor area for the family dog that joins the trip.

This place was exactly what we needed! Check in was easy, the house was clean, and had everything we needed. The dual balcony was a major plus! We were hoping for somewhere quiet with nice views and easy access to the beach. This place delivered!

We have stayed in 5 or 6 different houses in dauphin over the years. This has been our favorite by far. You’re right in the middle of the island. The house has plenty of room. It was clean and the beds were nice for once. We’ll be booking this house again for sure.

Yes the host was welcoming. The house was clean except for carpets in living room. They were very stained. Also, the front door lock was loose and didn't make us feel confident that we were safe from a break-in especially during the night. Shade in master bathroom needs replacing. And lastly, the outdoor furniture was very dated so we really didn't enjoy the front or back porches. Other than those issues the house was perfect for our needs. King bed was extremely comfortable. Still, not sure if we would return.

Traveled with my mom and three dogs. The home was ADORABLE and very clean also very easy to access. Very dog friendly, too. We'll definitely stay again next time we come down!

Home was comfortable, nice water view from both the front and rear decks. Convenient for a dog with a small secure outside area for your pet. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great location and good house for family with kids

This property is practical and well suited for families with children. It’s also pet friendly. We were just a short walk from the beach. If you are looking for luxury keep looking but this fit what we needed for a low key family vacation.

Great stay for a family with dogs!

Great location and wonderful porch space. Our dogs loved the sunny decks and small fenced area to explore. Spacious master bedroom with comfy bed. Pack your kitchen items but pans and dishes are available. We would stay here again!

Wonderful getaway

This house was everything we wanted and more. The house has a grill and beach supplies that was a nice surprise as well as the most comfortable beds. Our dog Barkley loved the beach and the fenced in back yard was a plus, super easy walk to the beach maybe 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

Pelican Perch/Dauphin Island

Location was perfect. The views and the weather was amazing when we were there. Having the personal washer and dryer was a plus. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The fridge door is rusted, and the pots/pans selection was poor, along with cooking utensils. Other than those items, we enjoyed everything else, and would likely stay there again.

Location, location, location

Excellent experience. Property is located within a five minute stroll to the gulf beach, across the street from the northern shore, and a five minute drive from either end. House was big enough to feel relaxing but not so big that you felt lost. Very pet friendly as well. Fenced in area so we could open the door, let the dog go take care of business, and not have to worry or take her out on a leash every time. Will definitely look into this place again next time.

We had a very peaceful and much needed stay.

Check in was so simple and easy. The property was clean and very nice. Our only inconvenience was the dryer didn’t work and we were not told in advance. However, after speaking to someone in the office we were apologized to and were told they’d pick up our clothes to dry them if needed. Very accommodating. Also, it was in a great location!

Excellent location, house was very nice. Problem with keypad not working was addressed, but not resolved. Local Vacasa employees were awesome, not so much the customer relations. Teresa and Trent were very attentive and could not have been nicer and more helpful.
