True Beachfront Living at Sunny and 75. Private pool

This fantastic new home is ready for your Summer Fun! The home features an open floor plan, the living room and kitchen look out to the Gulf of Mexico. All bedrooms have smart TV's and private baths. Great deck with pool overlooking the Gulf. Enjoy the awesome Gulf views and sunsets! The home is just a five minute stroll to the gulf beach. The beautiful kitchen has all the amenities of home and features marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet and storage space. The home has four bedrooms, four baths. Large smart tv is in the living area and wireless Internet is provided. The baths have marble counter tops, and there is a nice large laundry room. The home is very spacious with approximately 2,200 sq ft.of living area. The living, dining, and kitchen areas have beautiful pine bead board vaulted ceilings. Heated Pool. $105 optional pool heating fee

Great place!

Sunny and 75 was extremely clean, inviting, and the perfect place for 4 adults and 4 teens. We loved the house, the beach was beautiful, and the sandbar was our favorite place to walk and search for shells during the day.

I can't praise this property enough!

This property is cleaner than any other property we have ever stayed in. We had easy communication with the rental company, plenty of space, and we love the location of the house (beachfront) and the private pool. It had everything we needed. I genuinely can't say enough good things about it.

Perfect Set Up

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our needs. The private pool on the beach was fabulous! I’m sure the cleaning bill is pretty steep but you are not getting what you are paying for regardless. We knew going in the food options were limited but we were disappointed in the options we had. The Pirate Pizza was the best we had all week. Other than those two things we had a great stay.

Family Vacation

My husband, four children (ages 14, 11, 9, and 2), mom, and myself all traveled to Dauphin Island for an early spring break vacation. The home was lovely! It was clean, well-equipped, and fit the needs of our family wonderfully! The views from the family room and kitchen were outstanding and we loved the heated pool, large deck, and proximity to the beach. We had a fantastic time and hope to return soon!

Perfect home!

perfect week!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the blue house! (our grandchildren called it that) The house had everything you would need (minus your own groceries & toiletries). It had great space for quiet time and lots of room for gathering as one big fam! We spent most of our time on the covered deck; it was perfect with amazing views and steps from the dip pool or a stroll to the beach over the boardwalk. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay! We all agreed (ages 20-60) that it was just what we all needed. Peaceful, quiet and private.

Beautiful March Trip

No complaints other than before our booking we had difficulty reaching the owners. Other than that everything was amazing. The house was exactly like the pictures. We had a great time. Highly recommend!!!

Overall the property was excellent. A few things though *the front door locks were very hard to unlock *some nails were popped up on the deck *need a short decking walk on the space between the house and boardwalk *need some new pots and pans. We would stay again!!
