The Space:
You have your own private balcony with patio furniture and a stackable washer and dryer in a closet on the deck . It’s about a half a mile/15 min walk to the closest public beach area, Pirates Beach, restaurant and pool!

Guest Access:
You can walk over the dunes and out to the water but it’s really to far to take beach gear . The closest beach access is.08 of a mile down the street . This unit is part of a four plex building .

The Neighborhood:
Dauphin Island has several restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, boutiques and a couple of bars, 4 public beach accesses, several nature trails, the ferry can take you to Gulf Shores, putt putt golf, a playground and skate park, Ft. Gaines, a small aquarium and estuary, a marina where you can rent pontoon boats. Golf carts, bikes and kayaks can be rented. It’s a true natures lovers paradise!

Getting Around:
Golf carts and bikes can be rented and is a very popular form of travel on the island! You can park a small boat and trailer in the grass next to the parking lot.

Other Things to Note:
This is a downstairs unit in a house with 4 units. There are about 5 steps to walk up to enter and there is a railing. Pets: no cats allowed! Two dogs max, 75lbs max, $75 fee per dog.
