Situated on a corner lot along the island's main West End road, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home offers one of the best locations on the island. Directly across the street from St. Stephen's Beach Access Point, you can easily walk to the Gulf and enjoy beautiful days on the beach whenever you'd like.
The home also features a canal in the backyard, making it a great spot for fishing, relaxing by the water, or simply enjoying the peaceful island setting. With space to tie up your small boat, it's an excellent choice for boaters and anglers looking to make the most of their time on Dauphin Island. Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the canal, or cast a line from the backyard.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable and inviting layout designed with relaxation in mind. Large windows fill the home with natural light, creating a bright coastal atmosphere throughout.
