"Water's Edge" è una bellissima e spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia con 4 camere da letto e un molo privato. Ha un sacco di spazio, sia all'interno che all'esterno per la tua famiglia.
Puoi andare in barca, in kayak o in canoa proprio dietro la casa, mentre lo chef di famiglia sta grigliare sul grande patio o sul ponte sul canale!
Water's Edge è una bellissima e spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia con 4 camere da letto e un molo privato. Ha molto spazio, sia dentro che fuori, per la tua famiglia. Ogni camera da letto è molto privata - vedi Piantina nelle foto. Il piano terra dispone di un parcheggio coperto, un nuovo altalena, una griglia a carbone, un grande tavolo da picnic e una stazione di pulizia del pesce. "Water's Edge ha viste parziali sia sul Golfo che sulla Baia e dista solo 3 isolati da entrambi - Che posizione!

Perfect Dauphin Island Getaway

This is the perfect place to stay at Dauphin Island! We have stayed at this property the last two years. It is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. We love being able to sit on the porch or gather down on the dock. It is within walking distance to the beach as well.

Family/Friend Vacation

Amazing vacation. The property is an amazing location. Our kids(13,9 and 6) walked to the Bay side beach that is maybe 1/4 mile away. They didn’t have to cross the main beach road and it was perfect for them to “explore”. We enjoyed riding bikes in the neighborhood for the same reason. Great property and location overall!

We had a great time closing out the summer at Waters Edge. We were able to pull our boat right up to the house and it was super convenient. Well stocked And very clean. We look forward to visiting here again in the future!

We absolutely loved the property and location!

Waters Edge was perfect for our family! From the layout of the house to all the amenities again this property was perfect for our family! Just wish we could have stayed our entire vacation but due to the storms we made the decision to leave early due to possible flooding of the West End. We will recommend this property and will absolutely be back to Waters Edge!

Great location!

We really loved the location of this house. We were able to fish and crab while our 3 year old played in the sand adjacent to the dock. It was fairly clean but things like under the bed and other furniture hadn't been cleaned in a while. The small rug in front of the door was very dirty and when I picked it up to wash it, it clearly hadn't been moved to sweep under. The kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment but it didn't have any ziplocks, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc. I know that you are supposed to pack these items for yourself but if you forget something it is always nice to have some available. At this price per night and extra roll of Saran would be expected. There was also zero tupperware. When we got there the ice machine wasn't working. I called maintenance and they said it was too late to send someone tonight but would bring a bag of ice. No one ever came to fix it. The bag of ice was enough so I didn't bother to waist my time on hold again.

Short stay

We came to dauphin island on short notice. We wanted to get some sort of vacation In before school activities started back and we wanted to see how we liked the area as we have been looking for a beach vacation home. We loved the island, the people wa all very friendly and nice and the island is beautiful. The beaches and water were very nice. We will definitely be back

Other than some loose stairs...

Everything was in order and the house was perfect for our group. The layout of this house would be hard to beat. There were a few loose stairs on the exterior of the property, and some should probably be replaced. We purchased some nails down at Ship and Shore and did what we could.

Great stay at Waters Edge

This house was perfect for our family. It has 4 BR which are fairly large and the kitchen and den area was great for family gatherings. We kept the boat there most of the week and it is protected well from the wind at the dock. Has several small extras that are nice like a Weber grill, fish cleaning station, guest storage room downstairs, and a well stocked kitchen with most everything you could want or need. They also have a lot of outside chairs, the swing, etc which make this area super nice. Look, Waters Edge is not a 5 star hotel, but it is a great place to hang out for a week at Dauphin Island. It is clean, well stocked, and in a super location for everything you want to do.

Overall we were very happy with the place! Perfect location for both the bay and beach!

My biggest complaints are the mattresses. All the mattress were uncomfortable to sleep on. The only other complaint is that some of the wood on the deck needed to be replaced around the water. The place was clean and plenty stocked in the kitchen! Loved the location! Would consider returning
