“It was good but they should not advertise on the listing that there is a yard,garden & plunge pool those 3 things did not exist. Also they always ask to keep the A/C 75 or above & that is not cool enough. We kept waking up because it was too hot to sleep. Also we’ve never been asked to start 2 loads of laundry before leaving. I don’t want to think about doing laundry before leaving the house as it’s stressful enough to make sure you have everything & done everything before leaving the house...

“Owners were WONDERFUL, very responsive and accommodating! The home is FABULOUS and exactly as advertised...beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and all amenities we wanted. Very well stocked with all supplies and everything needed in the kitchen. Close to everything but also very private and quiet. We only stayed for a few days and wish it could have been longer. My grandkids would love the Disney rooms! No hesitation at all in recommending this 5++ property and would definitely stay...

“The home was beautiful, great decor, comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. We were there to go to the theme parks, they were easy to get to from the home. Traffic was a little crazy, but I think we were all going to the same place at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay!”

“House was beautiful and everything needed for a good stay. Property was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Be advised though that traffic getting to and from Orlando is absolutely terrible. An hour to an hour and a half just for a 19 mile drive and it didn't seem to matter the time of day. I realize owners have no control over that. Communication was a little sketchy but overall a great home and good stay.”

“Loved the 2nd full fridge in the garage. Loved the extra long dining table. Very nice decor and enjoyable rec rooms in loft and garage. Would update the bedroom descriptions- confusing because the flamingo room is a Mickey Mouse room and to clarify the bunk beds are full size. We were surprised the A/C was locked on 72°. That is hot and humid in FL. Highly recommend installing ceiling fans in each bedroom.”

“Overall, I enjoyed our time at the property at Regal Palms. The house was large enough for my family, and it was clean, safe and accessible. The only downside was that I chose this property, largely for the lazy river and water slide for the days that we weren't at the park. When we arrived the lazy river was drained for refurbishment, which meant that the hot tub and slide were non-functioning. I know this wasn't the fault of the listing agent on Vrbo, but I would recommend calling the resort...

Would stay again for sure. We visited Disney while we were there. The property is close to all of the parks with a short drive.”

“The house was the perfect size to fit 30 adults, our 25 lacrosse players and 5 coaches! The pool and hot tub were lovely! The house was clean and tidy! We loved the location and the neighborhood! The dishwashers were not very strong and barely cleaned the dishes. Some of the furniture seemed worn, outdated, peeling, etc. The carpets upstairs had some stains and need a deep clean. All and all it was a lovely stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay since it was a family reunion. The place was nice but not as great as some I have stayed in at Solterra. We HIGHLY recommend the owner installs ceiling fans in the bedrooms or allows the ac to be brought down below 72. It tends to get a little warm at night with no air circulating. There were very few towels overall including pool towels (only 2). For a house that can hold 11, I find that is a bit lacking. We also had to wash some of the sheets first since they smelled musty...
