“I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Florida. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to discover that despite my attempts to contact the owner via text message, I received no response or prior notification regarding the unique method required to unlock the door, which involved simultaneously turning both doorknobs. The odor within the house was unpleasant, and I observed the presence of ants and small insects in the kitchen, despite our efforts to keep food properly...

“Our host, Patricia, was very responsive and gracious and provided great communication. We enjoyed the pool, spa, water slide, and restaurant. Our kids also loved the ice cream shop. We are grateful to Patricia for responding to all of our messages so quickly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Patricia as a host. She did a great job decorating the rooms and making it a fun place to stay. ”

“Pool and hot tub didn't heat. Remote controls didn't work certain things... changed volume but wouldn't change channels. Soccer field pictured not the field we could use... that one was rough. Furniture stained and ripped. Doors wouldn't latch unless deadbolts locked. Took at least 3 maintenance requests and excuses about the hot tub and pool, just for the guy that came the last day to say it wasn't working because of low water levels. Shouldn't the other 2 to 3 maintenance visits have...

“We came for a birthday trip. There was 8 of us total. It was so spacious and we all loved having room! The kids enjoyed the screened in pool and watched movies every night while floating! Such a neat amenity. We went to Oasis for a while and it was a nice facility as well that kept the kids entertained. The house was clean and communication was great through the whole process. ”
