Great home for a family vacation

Communication and check in was great through the process. The location is fairly central to all tourism spots and tucked into a quiet street near many stores and restaurants. The locations walkability isn’t good so plan to drive to where you need to go. Tips for the house, bring tp, I left coffee filters for the next guest, but they aren’t provided. The doors to the pool were not easy to open. I feel like they need replacing. Other than those small issues, it is a great place, very cosy.

Summer getaway

Overall we had a great stay at Tivoli Manor. Property manager was extremely responsive and easy to work with. A few things to note during our stay, there are not pool towels provided, this would have been nice as we had to use our bathroom towels at the pool. I left a large bottle of dish soap with hopes it would be left for the next visitor as there was not a starter pack of dish soap, a dishwasher tablet of washing machine detergent, paper towel available. We purchased all of it for our stay, when we’ve stayed at other rentals at least a one use sample has been provided. Maybe that will improve. I also left a pool float in hopes it would be used by the next guest! The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils and pans and provided an experience better than staying in a hotel. Wi-Fi was provided and worked well for me to work remotely a few days of our stay. It was nice to have the pool right out our door. Easy drive to restaurants, shopping etc. we would stay again in the future should our travels take us back to that area!

Not a bad "getaway"

Overall the property was nice. Smart TVs in all rooms were perfect for end of day unwind after swimming all day. The kitchen was nice and serviceable. The big miss for a property like this, which we would have paid a little more per night for, would have been a gas grill. Grilling poolside is very much a florida staple. Towels were plentiful(a bit hidden at first as the closet in one of the bathrooms was hidden when you had the main bathroom door open haha). Limited cleaning supplies(no paper towels and no spare garbage bags that we could see) but fortunately publix was only a few minutes away. Details that werent quite visible at first(like the cracks and crevices at windows) seemed to house their fair share of bug activity(moatly dead so a credit to their pest control service). Overall, we had a great time and there felt like plenty of space for us to sprawl out when not in the pool. The pool was 100% our main point of interest the bulk of time we were there.
