Beautiful & Cozy Home Away From Home Near Orlando Attractions - 4BR/3Bath

  • Surrounded by palm trees this vacation villa is close to Disney and Orlando attractions. A private pool and option to heat, at an additional fee, in the spacious screened in patio. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks.

    The interior of the home is painted in a relaxing gray blue color. New furniture and decorated tastefully so everything looks very cozy and comfortable.

    Black granite counter tops in the kitchen and tiled floors throughout the house. The master king bathroom offers a beautiful shower suited with a spa panel so you can add jet streams when you shower. There is one in the Queen Master too. Granite counter tops in the queen and king bathrooms as well.

    The two master bedroom suites are located at opposite sides of the house. Both master baths come equipped with European-style body wash showers. There are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds in each room. It can easily accommodate two families comfortably. Villa has 3 televisions, high-speed internet and free long distance phone service. This one-story home is attractively furnished and with no stairs it is appropriate for all ages. Shopping and restaurants are nearby beginning just 5 minutes away.

Property is nice, clearly a little older than some others but clean and very well equipped (it even has a kettle for us English folk!). The pool is a good size. We took a VPN subscription for the time we were in the USA in order to watch TV but the tv’s there really struggled to connect and we weren’t able to stream from our iPhones. (Wouldn’t normally want much TV on holiday but the World Cup is on!). Check in was very easy. Property easy to find. About 25 minutes to the Disney complex depending on the state of the I4! About 40/45 minutes from the Universal parks.

Excellent stay!

We needed a dog friendly place to chill out as a family and work remotely between two other trips. We were pleased with all aspects of our stay! Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time vacationing for 2 weeks at this house. It is as described, spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions I had during the booking process and our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at the property. Location is not far from stores and Disney and Universal parks are also not far (20-30 minutes away). My children enjoyed the pool and we were so happy that our little morkie dog was able to stay with us as well. Owner was also quick to respond to any questions I had.

Very nice stay.

We had a nice time at the house. We spent most of our time at amusement parks but we were glad to come back to a comfortable house. We enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. We would recommend this house to friends and family.

Amazing

Enjoyed Labor day weekend at the house! It was a perfect getaway to relax and rest! 30 min drive to Legoland which our 4 year old son loved! Everything was clean and fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely rent again.

We loved the house and neighborhood. It was close to grocery stores, gas and a hospital. We would definitely go back there again. Thanks Jasen, Alex and Bill for taking care of our needs.

Clean and Quiet

The home is as listed and the pool was great. Close to the 4, quiet neighborhood and easy to get places. Not much provided for stay…..make sure you are prepared to purchase laundry pods, all food supplies, garbage bags and toilet paper. Would definitely stay again!

This is my 2nd time renting this property I loved it both times but just a few things this time around. 1. the blankets were stained, the pillows were stained, and the blanket had a hole in it. 2. The pool I ordered to be heated couldn't get that cuz the machine to heat the pool was broken. Luckily it was hot and it helped warm-up the pool. 3. Ants in the bathroom and on the bed, roaches in the kitchen only saw 2 but no more but still they were there. But overall it was a beautiful house gorgeous bathrooms, location was great next to everything.

This house is beautiful

If your looking for a gome away from home this is the perfect place. I had a few tiny issues that was addressed & fast no waiting around like other locations that give you the run around.. I rent houses avout 4 times a year & this one was by far the best.. They allowed ys to bring our furbabies which is a must & we appreciate that so much.. Thank uou for letting us stay in your home ♡

Beautiful house

Good location, clean, well equiped, nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, pool was amazing. We had a few issues with dishwasher and the property manager and owner dealt with it promptly. Property manager Alex is amazing, helpfull, easily reachable and very friendly. Travelling from Canada, we stayed for 2 months and would definetly return when and if political situation improves.

Lovely home

Beautiful home! Inside and out. Very responsive host. Wish it was warm enough to utilize the pool. Yet, we still made the most of our stay. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. As well as, how close to stores and restaurants were. Please, I recommend this home for your next stay in Florida. I sure know I’ll be booking again during my next visit.
