The Space:

Enter through the front living room, furnished with a sofa and loveseat, then continue into the bright rear living room, where a loveseat, reclining couch, and La-Z-Boy surround a smart TV. Contemporary fixtures and furnishings carry throughout the home. The open-concept layout connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen, where solid wood cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances face the dining and gathering spaces. A formal dining area provides room for group dinners or game nights.



Sliding doors lead to the screened lanai and expansive pool patio, where a private pool and overflowing spa create the centerpiece of the outdoor space. The fully fenced backyard includes a grassy area, a three-seat swing, shaded overhang with two fans, two chaise loungers, an anti-gravity lounger, fire pit, and dining table with seating for six. Fire up the grill, keep drinks cold in the mini fridge, and settle in for a poolside afternoon or evening outdoors.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes is Disney-themed and includes a set of full-over-queen bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of full-over-queen bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
