The *Harry Potter* Master Bedroom has a ceiling fan over the top of a big comfy King size bed with night stands and power strips on both sides for your phone chargers. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV. The walk-in closet has extra pillows and blankets. The Master Bath has a vanity beside a bathtub/shower combo. Each bathroom comes complete with Towels / Hand Towels / Wash Cloths. The master has its own back yard access to the beautiful (Unheated) Pool!

A beautiful screened in private pool awaits you after a full day at Disney World or Universal Studios. Pool furniture is available to layout and soak in the sun or just relax by the table. Night time swims are even better with an LED glowing pool. (The pool does not have a heater)

The * Fairytale* 2nd Bedroom has a King size bed with a night stand and a power strip for phone chargers. There is a 32” ROKU TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a closet with extra pillow and blankets. Close by is Bathroom #2 with a Tub/Shower combo, vanity with mirror, and toilet.

The * Fantasyland * 3rd Bedroom is fabulous bunk room with 9 twin size bunks, anchored to the wall for safety, where your energetic kids will have great fun. There are plenty of outlets available to charge hungry phones and tablets. Bunk room has bathroom #3 with walk in shower, vanity with mirror, and toilet.

The * Star Wars Sanctuary* 4th Bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a night stand and a power strip for phone chargers. The closet gives you plenty of room to store your clothes and shoes for a relaxing week. There is a 32” ROKU TV. Close by is Bathroom #2 with a Tub/Shower combo, vanity with mirror, and toilet.

The * Ocean Breeze Suite* 5th Bedroom has a King size bed with a night stand and a power strip for phone chargers. There is a 32” ROKU TV. The 5th Bedroom has a closet with extra pillow and blankets. Close by is Bathroom #2 with a Tub/Shower combo, vanity with mirror, and toilet.

The * Mickey’s Magical Lounge* Great Room has Comfy Sofa. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV for y’all to enjoy great shows as a group or sit down at the coffee table and enjoy a card game.

Enjoy rounds of Fun with 5 Classic stand alone video games creating lasting memories with loved ones in a vibrant and entertaining atmosphere. Whether you are a kid or just young at heart, the game room offers hours of enjoyment for guests of all ages. Game room has a 32” ROKU TV by dining table as well.

The Kitchen has a side by side 2 door Refrigerator/freezer, freestanding electric range/oven combo, microwave oven, drip coffeemaker, and toaster. Our kitchen is stocked with skillets, pots, pans, plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons, and all you need to cook and eat regular meals. When your done cooking...no worries, put it all in the dishwasher and let it run!

By the Kitchen is the Laundry Room where you can make use of the electric washing machine and dryer.

Enter the Garage and open using the Garage door opener on the wall to park 2 of your cars and park 3 or more in the drive way and 1 more parking available street side in our gated community. A charcoal grill is provided for your grilling needs along with an ash only trash can for what's left over.
Total Parking available up to 6 on street and in garage and driveway. This is 100% dependent on car size.

Home is cooled by an electric central heat and air HVAC with a digital thermostat. WIFI internet transmits from a cable modem and WIFI router.
